Need to upload my backup database to my New Book Keeper 2012

I am getting compatibilty message when I tried to restore my Backup database to my New Book Keeper 2012. It said I am using a newer version and it will not upload. I need help ASAP

Bookkeeper 2012 - unable to "print" to a pdf

I've been using Bookkeeper 2012 for a while - outputing reports, invoices to a pdf format that can be emailed to people.  Suddenly when I'm creating reports, etc., the option for pdf is faded out...
