scrapbook factory deluxe version 5 compatibility

Will Scrapbook Factory Deluxe Version 5 work with Windows 8?  If I move away from the Windows tiles area to the desktop area, it looks like my old Windows 7 screen.

Power desk pro 9 Opens to slow
