SyncBack

Here is cool product to synchronize multiple servers, it is called SyncBackSE from www.2brightsparks.com. I often use it to synchronize servers, but it can do even more than that. You can use for:

 

  • Fast Backup and Smart Synchronization
  • Copy locked or open files (XP/Vista/2003/2008/7)
  • Versioning (keep previous backup versions)
  • Powerful FTP engine & AES encryption
  • Superb feature set and customization

 

But for my part, I will talk about synchronization. In my work I manage download servers. To be able to give good download speed to clients around the world I use multiple servers in multiple locations. These servers are often updated with new updates and new products. I was looking for a way to update only one server (my master) and synchronize my modifications to all the other ones (my slaves).

SyncBackSE run on Windows, it is not a free software.
