User on Expert PDF 7

Good morning,

 

I hope you can assist. We purchased your Expert PDF 7 Business addition with a 3 user licence. The 3 users are Jaco Scott, Ashanti Van Niekerk and myself, Brian Coetzee, our email addresses are jaco@mincon.co.za, ashanti@mincon.co.za and brian@mincon.co.za. I now cannot use my version as it is telling me that there are too many users. I think I know what the problem is. I have just upgraded my laptop and I think our IT chap loaded your product onto my new laptop without taking it off my old laptop. Our product code is 7222-0311-00003-5ZW1-96Z2-V9W0-G6ET.

 

I do not have access to my old laptop, so hopefully you can get this sorted out for me.
