Error printing w-2

When I try to print the w-2's for 2011 I get the error "The tax form for the selected year is not available".  The payroll information is correct, however the W-2 on screen says 2010 and not 2011, although the dates selected are 1/1/2011 to 12/31/2011. I tried updating and no updates are available. 2010 accounting year is closed.
